When it comes to learning, every student has a distinct set of requirements. Some need help with homework while others may need to relearn an entire course. They all have their own definition of success, understanding of the subject and unique timeframe. It is for these reasons and many others that we tailor each and every one of our programs to the needs of the individual student.

Our experience has proven that academic achievements, as with all things in life, are most successful when a methodical, structured approach is taken to acquiring the required skills. For this reason, each and every one of our tutors takes the time to learn the student′s individual strengths and weaknesses. He/she is then able to ensure strengths are maximized and weaknesses are the focus thereby ensuring maximum academic success.

We have successfully helped students in many subjects, at all levels but we specialize in High School Math. We are have expertise in all Math subjects including: Algebra, Geometry, Graphing, Trigonometry, Functions & Relations, Vectors, Calculus, Discrete Functions, Probability, Statistical Analysis to name a few. There′s many more for all grades levels.

We specialize in helping Students in the following areas:

      •   Mathematics — Senior Kindergarten to Grade 12
      •   Chemistry — Grades 11 & 12
      •   Physics — Grades 11 & 12

Once a program and frequency has been agreed upon, the student will select convenient times for tutoring. For the most part, lessons will be scheduled in your home or any other agreed upon location, at a time that is mutually convenient for both the student and the tutor.

At Apple Plus, we offer a simple pricing program; all lessons are $50 per session or hour, the more you commit to, the more you can save. In the rare situations where we have a request to tutor more than one student in the session, a small surcharge of $5.00 per additional student per session or hour is added. To ensure each student obtains sufficient attention, we have a maximum of three students at one time.

N.B. - Installment plans are available on request as long as planned usage does not outpace the payments.

Summer Programs:

Summer is great time for students to catch up or get ahead. Apple Plus offers the same full range of customized programs in the summer as we do throughout the school year. We do however understand that the need, demand and environment are different in the summer months than during the school year so we have adjusted prices accordingly.
